Megan Wallin

Native of Sarasota, Florida

Coach Megan Wallin is a native of Sarasota, Florida and a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School. At Cardinal Mooney, Megan lettered in three sports: volleyball, basketball, and track (State Champion in high jump in 2001). She graduated in 2001 as class president, was voted Athlete of the Year in the State of Florida, and was inducted into the Cardinal Mooney Hall of Fame.

Megan earned a full athletic scholarship to play volleyball at Michigan State University, where she was a four-year starter. Her teammates voted Megan as their Captain and Most Outstanding Player in both her junior and senior years. Additionally, Megan was selected as an Academic All-Big Ten Scholar Athlete for four consecutive years.

Megan presently has two full-time professions: professional beach volleyball player, as well as owner and publisher of her own beach volleyball and beach lifestyle company. In her spare time, Megan shares her knowledge and coaches indoor and beach volleyball. Megan works with all ages and ability levels, from beginner to advanced and scholarship athletes. Megan has a hands-on coaching style, with a philosophy that practice repetition creates performance perfection.
